Michael Dodge is the owner of MLD Services, LLC, a locally owned and operated HVAC company that has proudly served Leander and the surrounding communities since 2009. Under Michael's leadership, MLD Services has built a reputation for delivering exceptional heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and indoor air quality solutions while maintaining a steadfast commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer service.

Unlike many HVAC companies that have transitioned to private equity ownership, Michael has remained committed to preserving MLD Services as a locally owned business focused on serving the needs of its customers and community. Outside of work, Michael is a devoted husband to his wife, Carlee, and a proud father of three active children. Family is at the center of everything he does, and much of his time away from the office is spent supporting his children's activities and coaching youth baseball. As a Little League coach, he enjoys helping young athletes develop not only their skills on the field but also important values such as teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Michael is also deeply committed to giving back to the community. He actively supports numerous local causes and organizations, including Partners In Hope, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to eliminating social isolation.
