Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 22, 2026
The short version
MLD Services wants everyone — including people with disabilities and people using assistive technology — to be able to use our website easily. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort. If something on our site is hard to use or you hit a barrier, please tell us at [email protected] or 512-528-4258 and we will help and work to fix it.
Our commitment
MLD Services LLC, doing business as MLD Services, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe our website should be usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology, and we are continually improving the user experience for everyone by applying relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard most widely referenced for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). "Conformance" means the guidelines' success criteria are met. Because we regularly update our site and content, and because some content is provided by third parties, we describe our status as "partially conformant and continually improving" — meaning some content may not yet fully meet every criterion, and we are actively working toward full conformance.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, our website is built to include measures such as:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper landmarks, headings, and reading order;
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and empty alt text for decorative ones;
- A "Skip to main content" link so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass navigation;
- Keyboard operability for interactive elements, with a visible keyboard focus indicator;
- Color contrast that targets the WCAG AA ratios for text and interactive components;
- A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes, zoom levels, and devices;
- Form fields with associated labels and accessible names for links and buttons;
- Use of ARIA attributes only where native HTML semantics are not sufficient;
- Respect for the operating-system "reduced motion" preference for animations.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of how we design, build, and review the site — not a one-time task.
Compatibility with assistive technology
Our website is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification, on recent operating systems. It may not work optimally with very old browsers or technologies that no longer receive updates.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular:
- Third-party content and tools — embedded maps, financing widgets, review platforms, videos, and similar third-party services are not fully under our control and may not meet the same accessibility standards.
- Older or newly published content — some documents or recently added pages may not yet be fully optimized for accessibility.
Where a third-party barrier prevents you from getting information or service, contact us and we will provide the information or assistance through an alternative method.
