YORK® product
YORK® JMVT
The JMVT tops the JM air-handler line with communicating control, coordinating blower speed with compatible York equipment for precise, quiet airflow. It suits two-stage and higher-tier systems where the homeowner wants the diagnostics and self-tuning of a communicating setup. We commission every install against the manufacturer's airflow spec, not just "it blows cold."

Factory-authorized
YORK® JMVT
The JMVT tops York's modular air-handler line: a variable-speed, constant-CFM ECM blower with communicating capability, in the split-module format that fits where one-piece cabinets can't go. It's the Affinity-tier indoor unit for homes whose mechanical space dictates modular equipment.
Constant-CFM means the blower holds its commanded airflow as filters load and duct conditions change, protecting both comfort and coil performance. On a communicating system it coordinates directly with the outdoor unit and Hx3 control — self-configuration, fault reporting, and airflow that tracks capacity through every stage or modulation step.
We commission every JMVT against York's airflow spec and confirm the communicating pairing end to end, because a premium indoor unit configured as a dumb blower is money wasted.
Every install starts with a free in-home assessment and a flat written price — no surprises. Call 512-528-4258 or request service online.

Who this model fits
- Premium two-stage or variable systems in homes where only modular equipment fits the mechanical space.
- Hx3 zoning installations that need constant-CFM airflow to feed zones accurately.
- Owners who want communicating diagnostics on the indoor side, not just the condenser.
Warranty
- York: 10-year parts limited warranty (with registration).
- MLD Services: lifetime workmanship warranty — if our install or repair work ever fails, we make it right.
York's extended warranty terms require online registration within 90 days of installation — otherwise parts coverage reverts to 5 years. We register every unit we install as part of the job, so you never have to think about it.
From the field
Owning this system in Central Texas
The JMVT earns its keep in zoned systems: constant-CFM delivery keeps small zones from being over-blown and large zones from starving. If you're adding Hx3 zoning to an existing system, this is the indoor unit that makes the dampers behave.
As with all communicating York gear, keep components in the family — a generic thermostat wired in later silently downgrades the whole system to conventional mode. If you want a different control style, talk to us first about what it costs you in function.
Because the modules separate, future coil or blower service on a JMVT is genuinely easier than on one-piece cabinets in tight spaces — a repair-first detail we appreciate. The trade-off is those module joints need proper sealing at assembly; ours are sealed, taped, and static-verified before we call the install done.
